Shipping
AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via Australia Post tracked post and postage is capped at the $11.00 flat rate (incl GST), no matter how much you order. Express Postage is capped at $17.00 regardless of how much you order, although it is worth noting that Australia Post no longer guarantees delivery within 48hrs. When your order is dispatched your tracking number will be sent to you.
All in stock yarn is posted each Tuesday and Friday.
Any backorders can take up to two weeks to be dispatched due to the time required to dye, dry and assemble orders. You will receive your tracking number at time of dispatch.
Ready to post skeins ordered between Friday and Monday are posted on Tuesday. Ready to post skeins ordered between Monday and Thursday are posted on Friday.
Yarn by Jane can accept no responsibility for lost parcels due to a postage or delivery error. Please ensure your delivery address is correct to avoid any delays or non-delivery. If there is an issue, we will do our best to have it dealt with through Australia post, however we cannot replace items that are lost if Australia post has not accepted liability and approved a claim for the missing items.
Returns
Due to the unique nature of the yarns, we do not accept exchanges, cancellations or change of mind. We do not accept returns or refunds for yarn that you have wound into balls. However, please do not hesitate to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, with any major problems or quality control issues, such as excessive knots. All yarns are subject to strict quality control checks to ensure you are receiving the best product possible.
