Yarn by Jane is an independent custom hand-dyed yarn company based in the Northern Tablelands of NSW.
I love to produce my own hand-dyed colours on high-quality yarns. Always unique and interesting, no two skeins are ever quite the same. This makes them perfect for creating one-of-a-kind knitting, crochet or weaving projects.
All of my yarn is kettle dyed using professional acid-based dyes. These dyes are permanently set by the use of citric acid and heat.
I apply the dye in various ways to achieve speckled, semi-solid and variegated colours. Dye lots vary between batches, so it is recommended that you buy all the yarn you need for your project in a single order. This will give you the most closely matching colours.
